Curiosity & Initiative   There are numerous ways to introduce our product to potential clients.  The ideal candidate will use assets provided to their fullest capacity in addition to undertaking an effort to explore and expand techniques, tactics and strategies to expand both the market and the opportunities in their locality. 

Consultative Approach   Our products solve numerous problems permitting our sales professionals to present multiple solutions.  The ideal candidate will be an intuitive consultative sales professional that will take time to learn the products and the approaches permitting our customers to fully understand the breadth of our products benefits.

Relationships and Product Knowledge   The ability to cultivate, nurture and manage relationships is critical.  The ideal candidate will have already established an existing portfolio of relationships.  The candidate will then take the time to understand our product’s benefits and be able to articulate its value to this population.

The Sales Professional Trifecta  The ideal candidate will possess the Trifecta of all salespeople, Intelligence, Passion, and Drive.  The candidate will not only be able to get in front of clients, but will close the deal and create a long term mutually beneficial relationship that pays dividends over time.
